Our Mission

 

Eritek Enterprizes Inc. exists to create opportunity, stability, and dignity for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged backgrounds through meaningful employment, skills training, and supportive services.

 

We believe that with the right resources and community partnerships, people can overcome barriers, achieve financial independence, and contribute fully to society.

 

Who We Serve

 

We focus on two groups:

 

Disabled Individuals – including those with physical limitations, mental or behavioral health conditions, and individuals in recovery from substance or alcohol abuse.

 

Disadvantaged Individuals – including older adults with health issues, survivors of domestic violence, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

 

These individuals often face systemic barriers to employment, housing, and stability. We work to break those barriers.

 

Our Programs

 

1. Lady Bugs Rehabilitation Work Center (Nonprofit)

 

Provides landscaping, janitorial, and litter removal services.

 

Works with WorkQuest for state contracts and SourceAmerica for federal contracts.

 

Operates a Sheltered Employment Program where participants receive one-on-one training from Job Coaches in a supportive environment.

 

Focuses on skill-building, behavioral stability, and readiness for competitive employment.

 

2. Eritek Works (For-Profit)

 

Employs graduates from Lady Bugs in Supportive Employment Programs at higher wages.

 

Expands services to include home health care, delivery & moving, remodeling, and temporary staffing.

 

Ensures ongoing support for workers, allowing them to move between programs as needed.

 

3. We Need We (Media & Awareness)

 

Produces stage plays, podcasts, and other media to raise awareness and funding.

 

Current project: a stage play addressing domestic violence.

 

Sells branded merchandise (“We Need We: A Community of Care”) to support the mission.

 

4. Emerson & Emerson Holdings (Housing Solutions)

 

Purchases and renovates homes using Eritek Works’ workforce.

 

Provides affordable housing for program participants.

 

5. The Associates (Financial Empowerment)

 

A trained salesforce offering life insurance, investment, and healthcare products.

 

Employs both seasoned professionals and program graduates ready for advancement.

 

 

Why It Matters

 

Many industries rely on immigrant and undocumented labor for physically demanding jobs. We see an opportunity to shift that narrative—showing that disabled and disadvantaged individuals are ready, willing, and capable of providing these essential services with excellence.
