ERITEK WORKS

Eritek Enterprizes Inc. is a community restoration and preservation service provider for our community of people and property.  Our mission is to provide therapeutic, vocational rehabilitation services for disadvantaged and disabled people who will provide our community restoration and preservation building maintenance services.
To accomplish our mission, Eritek Enterprizes Inc. is developing a non-profit organization, Lady Bugs Rehabilitation Work Center. Lady Bugs will provide vocational rehabilitation services for disadvantaged and disabled people, including those suffering from mental health issues, physical disabilities, and substance abuse, and those that have suffered from domestic violence.  Lady Bugs will train workers as janitors, window cleaners, and landscapers for the sheltered employment program. 
As these individuals progress and have demonstrated the ability to perform a specific task, work well with others, and manage their disability or issue, they will graduate to the supportive employment program. Eritek Enterprizes will assign those who graduated to cleaning, landscaping, and new construction clean-up positions at a higher wage through the supportive employment program. 
Eritek Enterprizes Inc. is also developing a temporary labor service. Eritek will provide general labor whereby disabled and disadvantaged workers who have demonstrated continued management of their illness, other issues, and excellent work ethic can work with other companies.
